Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice
© 2026 SierraTec Secure (SL) Limited and SierraTec Secure LLC. All rights reserved, except where expressly stated.
Protected materials
SalonePay names, logos, original software, source code, applications, APIs, interface designs, graphics, text, audio prompts, product documentation, security architecture and training materials are owned by or licensed to the applicable SierraTec Secure entity and are protected by copyright, trademark, contract and other intellectual-property laws.
Permitted use
You may access and use the customer-facing service and authorized documentation for their intended lawful purpose. No ownership is transferred. Written permission is required to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, remove notices from or create derivative commercial products from protected materials, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted.
Merchant and customer content
You retain rights in product photographs, descriptions, trademarks and other content you lawfully submit. You grant the relevant SalonePay operating entity a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, resize, transmit and display that content only to provide, secure and support the service. You must have authority to upload it.
Third-party rights
Bank, card-network, mobile-money, biller, open-source and other third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to an organization does not imply endorsement, certification or an active commercial integration.
Infringement notice
Send a signed notice to legal@salonepay.sl identifying the protected work, the material and precise location complained of, your contact information, your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. SalonePay may preserve evidence, request clarification, restrict the material and notify the affected account holder.
United States notice process
If United States law applies, any designated-agent filing and public agent details required to rely on a statutory online-service-provider safe harbour must be completed and kept current before that protection is claimed. This page does not represent that such a registration has already been completed.
Sierra Leone and international protection
This notice is intended to operate alongside Sierra Leone copyright law and applicable international or country-specific protections. It does not limit exceptions, limitations, fair dealing, fair use or other rights that mandatory law provides.
